1. Refund Policy
At Impactz, we strive to offer high-value learning experiences through our live online sessions.
We maintain a no-refund policy once the registration is confirmed.
In case of duplicate payments or transaction errors, a refund will be processed within 7–10 business days after internal verification.
For certain programs with a value guarantee, you may be eligible for a refund if:
- You attended the entire session.
- You submit a valid request within 3 days of the session.
- You provide proof of completion or participation.

2. Cancellation & Batch Transfer
Once registered, cancellations are not permitted.
However, if you are unable to attend, you may transfer your registration to a future batch or another participant by informing us at least 48 hours in advance, subject to availability.
